Ken was born and raised in Pittsburgh and graduated from Edinboro University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He became a licensed insurance agent with Erie Insurance in 1990 and has continued to provide exceptional service to his policyholders. He and his wife, Mary Lynn have three children and a Yorkshire Terrier. Ken enjoys the outdoors, exercise, all sports, travel and social events with friends and family.

Mary Lynn Stephany has been integral to Stephany Insurance from the beginning. After meeting Ken at Edinboro University, she helped grow the agency while raising their three children. Brandon Stephany was born and raised in Allison Park and graduated from Hampton High School. He earned a degree in Information Systems Management with a minor in Finance from Duquesne University. Brandon brings analytical precision to help clients evaluate coverage and make confident insurance decisions. A lifelong Pittsburgh sports fan, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with friends.
Mike Casper

Mike Casper brings over 28 years of insurance experience to Stephany Insurance. He previously worked alongside his father at Patrick B. Casper Insurance Agency until its transition in 2018. Licensed in property and casualty insurance and specializing in life insurance, Mike helps clients understand options and make informed decisions. A North Hills native, he lives in Gibsonia with his wife and children and enjoys being involved in their activities.
